Despite her humble beginnings, Jamelle's determination knew no bounds. She relentlessly pursued education, becoming the first in her family to graduate college and achieve this feat three times. Her thirst for knowledge and personal growth has shaped her into the accomplished woman she is today.

Passionate about sustainable economic growth, Jamelle now focuses on supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs. Through her business, Ellaye Firm, she offers valuable guidance and counsel, uplifting communities and empowering others to achieve their goals.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jamelle is deeply connected to her spiritual side. She finds solace in her faith and shares her voice as a church choir member. Her unwavering belief in God guides her actions and decisions.

Driven by a desire to give back, Jamelle founded The Movement 46, a nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing the Macon County/Tuskegee Community. The organization aims to drive economic development and create a brighter future for the community through research, resource discovery, and community engagement.

Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Organizational Leadership, Jamelle's commitment to lifelong learning reflects her dedication to being a source of guidance for others.

Her boutique consulting firm, Ellaye Firm Consulting, provides comprehensive personal and business consulting, empowering start-ups and entrepreneurs to overcome obstacles and unlock their potential.
